4. How long do we keep your data?
Data from an inquiry is retained for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, blocked for the limitation periods applicable to any potential liabilities. Data from closed transactions is retained for the tax and commercial periods required by law. Data collected through cookies is retained for the periods indicated in the cookie policy.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes. The necessary service providers, acting as data processors and under a signed contract, do have access to your data.
- Web hosting and email: IONOS (1&1 IONOS España, SLU), with servers in the European Union.
- Google Ireland Ltd.: site measurement services and reCAPTCHA, the system that protects forms against automated submission.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: advertising measurement pixel, only if you accept the corresponding cookies.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you decide to write to us through that channel.
Data may also be communicated to the Administration, the courts or financial entities when required by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision for the United States (Data Privacy Framework) or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission, along with any applicable additional safeguards.
